PSD to PNG FAQ
What does the converter save?
The flattened picture stored in the PSD, the same one Photoshop shows. Layers are listed but not rendered one by one, and hidden layers stay hidden.
Why does it say my PSD has no flattened picture?
Photoshop only stores one when Maximize Compatibility is on. Save the file again with that option on, or export a PNG from Photoshop.
Is transparency kept?
In PNG and WebP, yes. JPG has no transparency, so transparent areas become white.
How big can a PSD be?
Up to 500 MB and 120 megapixels.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Photos are read and converted on your own device and never leave it.
