WaveSpeedAI Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to everyone who uses WaveSpeedAI's website, applications, and API (the "Services"), and to every input submitted to and every output generated by the Services. It forms part of our Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Services to create, request, upload, or distribute:

• Sexual content involving minors. Any child sexual abuse material, or any sexualized depiction of a minor or of a person who appears to be a minor, whether real, fictional, or AI-generated.
• Pornographic or sexually explicit content. Nudity, depictions of sexual acts, or other sexually explicit material, whether of real or fictional persons.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery. Any sexualized, nude, or intimate depiction of a real, identifiable person, including edited or synthetic images and video.
• Impersonation. Content intended to deceive others by impersonating a person or organization.
• Violence and hate. Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or violence against people, or that attacks or demeans people on the basis of a protected characteristic.
• Harassment and exploitation. Content used to harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or exploit anyone, or to promote human trafficking or sexual violence.
• Self-harm. Content that encourages or provides instructions for suicide or self-harm.
• Illegal activity. Content that violates applicable law or infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.

These rules apply equally to the web interface, our applications, and the API, including content generated for your own end users.

2. How We Enforce This Policy

We use automated content classification and manual review to detect prohibited inputs and outputs. We may refuse, block, or remove any request or output that we reasonably believe violates this Policy, and we may review accounts that show patterns of violations.

Depending on the severity and frequency of a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• block the request and remove the related content;
• issue a warning to the account owner;
• restrict access to specific models or features, or rate-limit the account;
• temporarily suspend the account;
• permanently terminate the account and refuse future registration, in accordance with the Terms of Service.

Content involving the sexual exploitation of minors results in immediate and permanent termination. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.

3. Reporting Violations

To report content that violates this Policy, including non-consensual intimate imagery of you, email safety@wavespeed.ai. Please include a link to the content or the prediction ID, and a short description of the issue. We prioritize reports involving minors and non-consensual intimate imagery.

If you believe an enforcement action on your account was made in error, contact support@wavespeed.ai to request a review.

4. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
