The AI adapts lighting and angle, but it works best from a sharp, evenly lit face at roughly the same angle as the face it replaces. Dim, blurry or side-on photos give unnatural results.
A visible target face
Sunglasses, a hand, hair across the face or deep shadow leave less to work with. Pick photos where the face to replace is clearly visible.
Enhance when it looks soft

Is this face swap free?
Yes. Swap as many faces as you like, with no account, no limits and no watermark on the download.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. The AI runs in your browser, so both photos stay on your device. Only the AI models are downloaded, once, and your browser keeps them for next time.
Why is the first swap slow?
The first time, your browser downloads about 1.1 GB of AI models (about 1.4 GB with face enhancement). After that they load from your browser, so later swaps start much faster. Browsers with WebGPU are also much faster than those without.
Can I swap one face in a group photo?
Yes. Every face found is marked: tap the one to replace. You can swap several faces one after another, each with a different new face, and undo any swap.
Why does my face swap look unnatural?
Usually it's the photos: a blurry or dim new face, a big difference in angle between the two faces, or a face that is partly covered. Use a clearer photo at a similar angle and swap again.
Why can't it find a face?
Faces that are very small, turned far to the side, covered or very dark may not be found. Use a photo where the face is clear and facing the camera.
Does it work on phones?
On recent phones, often yes, but the AI models need a lot of memory. If your phone runs out of memory, try a computer, or use WaveSpeed AI's Image Face Swap, which runs in the cloud.
Can I swap faces in a video?

Can I use face swaps commercially?
