How do I find the difference between two images?

Add both images and stay in the Difference view. Changed pixels light up; the panel shows their share, the largest and mean difference, PSNR and SSIM.

Why are small differences hard to see?

Raise the amplification to make faint changes visible. The threshold hides changes below a level you choose and excludes them from the changed-pixel count.

Do the images need to be the same size?

Not necessarily. You get a warning and can stretch B to A, or align it at the top-left or center; the numbers then use the area both images cover.

Are my images uploaded?

No. Both images are decoded and compared in your browser and never leave your device.
