Add credits to your WaveSpeedAI account using your preferred payment method.

Supported Payment Methods

  • Stripe — Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • PayPal — PayPal account or guest checkout
  • WeChat Pay
  • Alipay
  • Naver Pay

We are actively exploring more payment options.

How to Add Credits

  1. Go to Top Up
  2. Select your preferred payment method
  3. Enter the amount
  4. Complete payment

Credit Balance

  • Check your balance at any time on the dashboard
  • Credits are added immediately after successful payment

Prepaid Credits and Monthly Credit Lines

Most users use prepaid credits. Sign in with Google or GitHub, top up your account, and usage is deducted from your balance.

AWS login and monthly credit lines follow a reviewed flow. Users apply for AWS login first. If an AWS login user also needs a monthly credit line, WaveSpeedAI reviews the credit request separately. Approval is not automatic.

Credit Line Increases

Approved credit accounts may be reviewed for a higher monthly credit line after a healthy usage and repayment history. For example, an account that starts at $200/month may be reviewed for $500/month in a later billing cycle, and may continue to increase over time.

Requested limits should match repayment capacity. WaveSpeedAI may use recent monthly transaction volume, payment history, and account usage as review factors when deciding whether a higher credit line is reasonable.

For special requests such as $5,000/month or more, WaveSpeedAI may require the applicant to first deposit or top up the corresponding amount as a guarantee before granting that level of credit.

How to Request Review

Email support@wavespeed.ai and include:

  • Your WaveSpeedAI account email
  • Whether you are applying as an enterprise user or an individual user
  • Your company website, product website, app download link, or other product information
  • Your expected monthly usage and requested credit line
  • For enterprise users, a confirmation reply from a company domain email

Coupons & Promotions

To redeem a coupon:

  1. Go to Top Up
  2. Enter your coupon code
  3. Click Apply
  4. Complete the payment (if applicable)

Invoices

For invoice requests:

  1. Email support@wavespeed.ai
  2. Include your account email
  3. Specify the billing period or transaction IDs
  4. Provide any required business information
