How to Add Credits
- Go to Top Up
- Select your preferred payment method
- Enter the amount
- Complete payment
Top Up Page Features
- Select from multiple payment methods
- Redeem coupons and promo codes
- Generate invoices
- View payment history
Credit Balance
- Check your balance at any time on the dashboard
- Credits are added immediately after successful payment
- Credits never expire
Coupons & Promotions
To redeem a coupon:
- Go to Top Up
- Enter your coupon code
- Click Apply
- Complete the payment (if applicable)
Invoices
For invoice requests:
- Email support@wavespeed.ai
- Include your account email
- Specify the billing period or transaction IDs
- Provide any required business information
Troubleshooting
