What is the difference between Sunburst and Flare?

Both are GPT Image 2.5. Flare is the fast, balanced tier for everyday work at low latency. Sunburst is the precision tier: it takes longer per image to hold intricate detail. Switch between them in the generator at any time.

What do the quality levels do?

GPT Image 2.5 offers five levels: low, medium, high, xhigh and max. Lower levels return faster drafts; higher levels put more work into each image. GPT Image 2 and 1.5 offer low, medium and high.

How do I edit an existing image?

Attach one or more images in the prompt box and describe the change. The generator switches to the edit model on its own. GPT Image 2.5 and 2 accept up to 16 reference images; GPT Image 1.5 accepts up to 5.

Which sizes and file formats are available?

GPT Image 2.5 and 2 render at 1K, 2K or 4K, with Auto or 15 fixed aspect ratios from 1:3 to 3:1, and save as PNG, JPEG or WebP. GPT Image 1.5 offers 1:1, 2:3 and 3:2 in PNG or JPEG.

How much does an image cost?

You pay per image. The table above shows the current starting price for each model; higher quality or resolution can raise it, and the generator shows the exact price before you run.

Can I use GPT Image through an API?
