Pick a scene
Start with ink swirls, rising smoke, a campfire, a wind tunnel or one of the water tanks, or switch between Smoke and Water at the top.
Drag across the canvas to swirl colourful smoke and ink, draw walls for it to flow around, or tilt a tank of water.
Record what you make and save it as a vertical, square or wide video with sound.
Loading the fluid simulator…
Start with ink swirls, rising smoke, a campfire, a wind tunnel or one of the water tanks, or switch between Smoke and Water at the top.
Drag to push the fluid around, paint walls with the Wall tool, or tilt the water tank. Every slider changes the fluid while it runs.
Press Record, play for up to a minute, then export the take as an MP4 or WebM video, or export the automatic show without recording.
A few habits that make the smoke curl and the water splash the way you want.
Quick flicks make tight swirls; slow drags lay down soft clouds. Use two fingers on a touch screen for colliding streams.
Raise Swirl for curly, turbulent smoke; lower it for calm, glassy ink. Thickness makes it flow like syrup.
Turn up Heat and Buoyancy and every stroke rises like smoke. Negative buoyancy makes ink sink like it does in water.
Draw a circle or a slit in the Wind tunnel scene and watch eddies peel off behind it.
Choose 9:16 before you record for Shorts, Reels and TikTok, or 16:9 for a wide clip. The video is rendered frame by frame, so it is smooth on any computer.
A take stores your strokes, not a screen recording, so the export replays them at full quality and the right speed.
Use a frame from the simulator as a starting point for AI images and videos with WaveSpeed AI.
Restyle a smoke frame into a poster, an album cover or a wallpaper.
Animate a still of swirling ink into a longer cinematic clip.

A program that calculates how a liquid or a gas moves: how it swirls, spreads, rises when hot and flows around obstacles. This one runs in real time in your browser, so you can play with smoke, ink and water directly.
It solves the equations of an incompressible fluid on a grid, step by step: the colour and the motion are carried along by the flow, the flow is kept from compressing, and extra forces add swirl and make hot smoke rise. It runs on your graphics card when it can.
The water is made of thousands of small particles that keep a constant spacing, which makes them behave like a liquid: they fall, splash, slosh and level out. Tilting the tank changes which way is down.
Yes. Press Record, play, and press Stop; then choose Export to save the take as an MP4 (or WebM) with sound. You can also export the automatic show of the current scene without recording anything.
Vertical 9:16 (1080×1920), square 1:1 (1080×1080) and wide 16:9 (1920×1080), plus 720p and 540p versions, at 30 or 60 frames per second, from 5 seconds up to a minute.
Yes. Touch the canvas to stir, use several fingers at once, and tilt the water with the buttons under the canvas. Fewer particles or a lower resolution keep older phones smooth.
Yes. No sign-up and no watermark on screenshots or videos, and everything runs on your own device.
Copy link saves the scene's settings and the walls you drew in a link that opens the same setup for anyone.
Stir, record and export a fluid clip in a minute.
