11 October → 11 December = 2 months.
11 December → 25 December = 14 days.
Counted day by day: 75 days, 54 of them weekdays.

How the age is counted

age = whole years + whole months + remaining daysnext birthday = date of birth + (age in years + 1) years

The calculator counts whole calendar years first, then whole months, then the days that are left – the way people say their age. When a month is shorter, the anniversary moves to its last day: someone born on 31 January has a monthly anniversary on 28 or 29 February.

Dates are treated as calendar days, so the answer never shifts with time zones or daylight saving time.

How is my exact age calculated?

The calculator counts the whole years since your date of birth, then the whole months, then the days that remain. For example, from 15 May 1990 to 11 October 2026 is 36 years, 4 months and 26 days.

What if I was born on 29 February?

In years without a 29 February, your birthday is counted on 28 February. Some countries use 1 March for legal purposes; the age in years is the same on every other day.

Does my time zone matter?

Only for what “today” is: the calculator uses the date on your device. All the date maths works on calendar days, so it never shifts by a day because of time zones or daylight saving time.

How do I count the days between two dates?

Choose Days between dates and pick the two dates. You get years, months and days, the total number of days and weeks, and the number of weekdays. Tick Count the end day too if both days should count.

Are holidays removed from the weekday count?

No. Weekdays are Monday to Friday. Public holidays differ by country, so subtract them yourself if you need working days.

Can I add months to a date?

Yes. Choose Add or subtract and enter years, months, weeks or days. If the day doesn't exist in the new month, the last day of that month is used.
