Encoding: UTF-8, UTF-16 (both byte orders), ISO-8859-1, Windows-1252 and ASCII. Decoding also reads Shift_JIS, EUC-JP, GB18030, Big5, EUC-KR, Windows-1251 and KOI8-R.
