Can I Use Wan 3.0 Commercially?
Wan 3.0 commercial use depends on Alibaba model license, WaveSpeedAI terms, and rights in every input asset.

Overview
You may be able to use Wan 3.0 outputs commercially, but only under the current Alibaba model license, WaveSpeedAI terms, and the rights attached to your inputs. The safe answer is conditional, not automatic: a paid generation does not clear every downstream usage risk.
Commercial readiness depends heavily on source assets. Product photos, brand marks, people, voice, music, stock media, fonts, and client materials can all carry restrictions. If those inputs are not cleared, the generated output may still be risky even if the model route allows the request.
Create a review gate for commercial projects. Save the model route, prompt, references, terms snapshot, output, and approval owner. Ads, marketplaces, regulated claims, and customer-facing templates should get stricter review than internal mood boards or concept tests.
WaveSpeedAI’s current Wan 3.0 page says commercial usage follows the Alibaba model license and WaveSpeedAI terms. Use that as a reminder to check both layers. If your team cannot document rights, keep the clip in draft status. For client work, attach the approval record to the final asset handoff. Recheck the route terms again before a paid campaign goes live.
