Can I Use Seedance 2.5 Commercially?
Seedance 2.5 commercial use depends on ByteDance model license, WaveSpeedAI terms, and your input asset rights.

Overview
You may be able to use Seedance 2.5 outputs commercially, but only under the current ByteDance model license, WaveSpeedAI terms, and the rights attached to every input asset. Do not reduce the answer to “yes” unless your exact route, account, source assets, and distribution channel are cleared.
Commercial risk usually comes from the inputs and use case. Product photos, talent likenesses, brand marks, music, fonts, stock footage, and client assets may carry restrictions that the model cannot remove. A paid generation does not automatically create rights you did not already have.
For teams, the approval workflow should include a terms check, source-asset license record, moderation review, and final human review before publication. Ads, marketplaces, regulated categories, and client delivery need stricter review than internal concept boards.
WaveSpeedAI users should keep the model license, platform terms, and asset rights as three separate records. If any part is unclear, label the output draft-only until the business or legal owner approves it. This keeps the generation workflow useful without overpromising commercial clearance. For agencies, save the approval date and client asset source with the campaign brief.
