The SVG is drawn at high resolution and its filled shapes are traced into closed polylines. Outlines follow the artwork closely, but are rebuilt rather than copied point for point; for exact CAD geometry, export DXF from the program that made the SVG.
Strokes are traced as thin shapes, giving an outline around each line. For engraving centre lines, use your laser software’s own SVG import instead.
The file is AutoCAD R12 DXF, which LightBurn, LaserGRBL, RDWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion, Inkscape, VCarve and SheetCam all read. Each shape is a closed polyline on a layer called CUT.
