Does it need a microphone?
To record on the page, yes, and your browser will ask for permission. Without one, add a voice note or any audio file instead.
Is my voice uploaded?
No. The recording is made and processed in your browser and never leaves your device.
How long can the recording be?
Up to 30 seconds. A longer file can be cut to its first 30 seconds before the video is made.
Will the photo move like a real video?
No. The mouth and jaw follow the voice, while the head, eyes and the rest of the photo stay still. It is a fun, creative effect, not a realistic video of the person.
