Ball Physics SimulatorGravity, bounces and spin in your browser.

Watch a ball bounce inside a rotating hexagon, then change gravity, bounciness, friction and spin.
Every run is reproducible from its seed, and you can export it as a video.

THREE SIMPLE STEPS

How to use the Ball physics simulator

01

Start the simulation

The rotating hexagon scene plays right away. Pick another scene from Scenes if you like.

02

Change the physics

In Settings, set gravity, bounciness, friction, ball size, speed and how fast the walls spin.

03

Compare runs

Use the seed to repeat a run exactly, or Randomise to see another one with the same settings.

Ball physics simulator FAQ

What can I simulate?

Balls bouncing inside circles and regular polygons, with up to 30 nested rings that can spin, shrink, have gaps and break, plus ball-to-ball collisions and timed drops.

How realistic is the physics?

It uses a rigid-body engine with a fixed time step, so bounces, gravity, friction and moving walls behave like a real 2D world, and the same seed gives the same result every time.

What does bounciness do?

At 1 a ball keeps all its speed on every bounce; lower values lose some energy on each hit until the ball settles.

Can I record the simulation?

Yes. Open Export to make an MP4 or WebM video of the run, with or without sound.
